-You can register on this website or by sending us an email at info@clownsense.eu. You will then receive a registration confirmation from us by e-mail.

- You will then receive an invoice from us, payable within 10 days after receiving the invoice, you can transfer an advance of 50% or the entire amount to bank account

stating of the name of the workshop. Please also clearly state your first name and last name on the transfer.

-Your place will only be reserved for you when a minimum registration fee of €50 has been transferred. As this registration fee covers administrative costs, it is not refundable in case of cancellation, only in case of cancellation within 1 week.  

- If you have registered, but have not yet paid, we reserve the right to give your place to someone else.

- Before the start of the workshop, the full amount must be credited to our account.

CANCEL

​

-If canceled within 1 week after registration, you can cancel free of charge. The amount paid up to that point will be refunded in full by us.

-If a workshop is canceled up to 1 month before the workshop, the  cancellation costs amount to 50 euros. If you have not yet paid the advance, you must still pay it.

-If canceled between one month and 2 weeks before the workshop, the cancellation fee is 50% of the full price.

-If canceled less than 2 weeks before the workshop, the full price is due. This means that after cancellation you also have to pay the rest of the course price if you have not yet paid the full course price.
