REGISTER & PAY

 

-You can register on this website or by sending us an email at info@clownsense.eu. Since the registration fee of 100 € covers the administrative costs, it is not refundable in case of cancellation, only in case of cancellation within 1 week.   

- You will then receive an invoice from us, payable within 10 days after receiving the invoice. You can transfer an advance of 50% or the entire amount to bank account

stating the workshop name. Please also clearly state your first name and last name on the transfer.

-Your place is only definitively reserved for you when at least 50% of the invoice has been paid.
-No later than 1 month before the start of the training you pay the remaining amount  

- If you have registered, but have not yet paid, we reserve the right to give your place to someone else.

CANCEL

-   If canceled within 1 week after registration, you can cancel free of charge. The amount paid up to that point will be refunded in full by us.

-   In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the training, the cancellation fee is 50% of the full price.

-   In case of cancellation 1 month before the training, the full price is due. This means that after cancellation you also have to pay the rest of the course price if you have not yet paid the full course price.
